This German advertisement, commissioned by United States Lines, tells of group rates to travel to New York. Recommending the rooms on board for lectures and conferences, this ad paints the United States as more than just a way to America, but an space for learning and making connections. For German businessmen and student groups alike, the SS United States was the best way to travel and experience the “American Way of Life.”
